Quick run

Went to the gym with the missus around 7pm today. Place was fully pack with gym members. While doing my stretch exercises, two runners step out of the big treadmills. I felt really lucky to be able to run on the big treadmill today. Ran 5KM, the body was feeling tired not because of the run but due to lack of sleep.

    she jealous of your wife manage to shred off 1kg per week.... she want to shred off 5kg...
