Rest or run

I have not been feeling well since Tuesday. That's why I didn't run for 4 days. I'm not 100% well yet, however I do miss my run. Decided to go to gym this afternoon and see what happen. I don't think I can run fast so I decided to run at a comfortable pace. After 3KM of running I felt my energy is not there yet. Decided to just do a 5KM run. Checkout my run summary below.

    Get well soon. I still have the coughs and sniffs. Running has been hard for me. But I have yet to go to the clinic Hahaha. If it doesnt go away soon then I will.

    Seems like everybody is getting the flu..... I have officially got mine this morning... went to the gym no matter what, thinking that if I break some sweat, I would feel better. But not this time... I think it is gettting worst.... Get well soon everyone!

    Adidarwish... that's why I didn't run for few days, since now I'm getting better I'm starting my run again.
