This morning run I manage to do one minute faster than my previous run.

    Hey, i see another runner out here in blogsphere. Good running ya. Well, i do my runnings both on treadmills n outdoor, but i prefer to do more outdoor. The goodthing about using treadmill is u can adjust the resistances. And you can be focus too. Hey,try running outdoor if u can, it is somewhat different on treadmills and requires more effort. Cool photo reviews. I guess i ll be checking from time 2 time to see how that running is doing. :) hepi running yaa.

    Hi Rizal, thanks for the advise. I find it hard nowadays for me to run outdoor except on weekends but then weekend I like to relax....
