2008 Run No. 37 & 38

Last Wednesday after work I bought a new running shoes. It's my second running shoes I bought this year.

This time I decided to try out the Nike Air Pegasus+ 2007. BTW... my previous 3 running shoes is all Nike also. After trying it out for 2 runs, I found out that this is the most comfortable running shoes I ever wear. It's surprisingly very light and I love the cushioning!

Check out my run summary below using my new shoes. I also manage to break the 5KM under 30 minutes barrier!

Since my new shoes is a Nike+ running shoes family, I don't need to use the shoe pouch for the sensor with this shoes. However, I think I need to re-calibrate my Nike iPod during my next run.
