Went to Miri yesterday morning. Went with my the missus, Syaza, my in-law & the missus uncle & aunt. Reached home around 9:30pm.
For the first time, I decided to go for a run on the home treadmill. Started nearly 10pm finish around10:40pm. Home treadmill bought by my father in-law last year. Checkout my run summary below.
