After work today, I decided to join Bruneian, Skipper Zack and Salim at Tungku Beach to shoot the sunset.
Actually I'm more interested to take photos of them in action. I did try to take some photos of the waves and sunset but I don't think it turn up that good. Checkout some photos below.

I'm thinking of selling my Canon Powershot G7 complete with all the accessories.
The G7 is the second digital camera I've ever bought. My first digital camera is the Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7. Main reason I bought the G7 was I still want a "point and shoot" camera but with a "hot shoe".

I think the G7 have almost all the function of Canon DSLR cameras. Checkout all the buttons and dials it has below. Off course, the easiest way to use it is to set it to auto-mode but then what's the fun in that.
I have the Canon Lens Wide-Converter (0.75x) WC-DC58B which takes wide angle shot down to around 26mm equivalent.
G7 with WC-DC58B
The camera is less than one year old (there's around 6 months warranty period left).
With the Canon flash and the wide angle lens attach to the G7, doesn't it look like a DSLR camera!
Ok.... here's the deal. As of today, the price at QQestore is BND 775/= for the camera, BND 328/= for the Wide-Converter and BND 298/- for the Tele-Converter. I'm giving 30% discount on the camera and 20% discount on the Wide & Tele-Converter.
Option 1 :
G7 + Wide-Converter + Tele-Converter
542.50 + 262.40 + 238.40 = 1043.30
I'll let it go for BND 1,000/=
Option 2 :
G7 only for BND 542.50/=

During the Kampong Ayer outing, I learn about AEB. AEB stands for "Automatic Exposure Bracketing". Basically, once you set your Canon DSLR camera in this mode, every time you take a picture it will automatically take 3 shots (under, normal and over exposure of the same image).
I manage to take two photos using AEB setting during the outing. Generate HDR images below using Photomatix. I'm currently using the free trial version.

I can still remember how much fun it was during last year Kampong Ayer outing with the shutterbugs. This year AB was itching to go for another Kampong Ayer outing and he posted it up in the forum. It was on Thursday morning (New Year Hijrah Public Holiday).
I reached Kianggeh Food Court (KFC) around 7:30am. Met up with the shutterbugs (Bruneian, Ripin609, Airbiscuit, Aku, Headache298, Alphashooter, Syukri, Artyeo and Salim). We had quick breakfast before we took 2 boats to go to the other side.

At Kampong Ayer, we spent around 3 hours walking and taking photos.
Looking at all the photos I took that day, I felt little bit disappointed that I didn't capture lots of nice pictures.
Anyway, I still enjoy the outing.

No updates for the past few days. Me and my family went to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. We certainly enjoyed our stay, shopping and food in KK. The bus trip were tiring. 8½ hours to KK, 11 hours back to Brunei.
