Went to belapan track. Ran 10 laps, walk 1 lap then ran another 2 laps.
Went to JPMC gym. Ran for an hour.
Run No. 73 (6th August 2008)
Went to JPMC gym. Did a 5KM run. Forget to bring my iPod for this run.
Run No. 72 (5th August 2008)
