Went to gym again yesterday morning before work. Started slow and decided to just do a slow run since I've not been running that regularly recently. Checkout my run summary below :

Last Monday (21st July 2008) at Traders Hotel Penang, I went to the gym in the morning for a run. The gym have the same treadmills I've use during my India trip this year (Lifefitness T9e).
I think I ran for 40 minutes (5.2KM).
