Work is work

This week I've been quite busy with my work. Came back home only after 7pm and some days after 9pm. I'm expecting next week to be the same. Anyway I'm not complaining, I love my job and it's very rewarding. However, I miss my exercise... I need to figure out some ways to get my exercise during busy week.

Thought of going to gym this morning but my leg muscles felt bit tight so I decided to go to Pearl Health for foot reflexology instead. Went to the gym this afternoon to do my run. Not really a good run. My energy wasn't there. Try cycling after my run.... only manage to do 10 minutes and felt really exhausted. Went back home and rest. Check out my run summary below :
