Not enough sleep run

Despite waking up around 2am yesterday and didn't sleep back, I decided to go for a morning run yesterday. Reach the gym around 6:50am. Since my body was feeling abit tired, I decided run at a comfortable pace and not to push so much. Anyway, I manage to get 9 hours sleep last night. Feel much better today.
