Not so good run

Not so good run this morning. Right calf muscles felt tight after 1KM of running. Pause for 30 seconds to stretch my right legs then continue running. After 15 minutes of running I decided to slow down. Walk for 2 minutes then stop. No fun running with my calf muscles feels tight.

Did some abs exercise before hitting for shower.
