My Macbook hard disk dead last Wednesday and I lost one whole year of data and emails in it. I sent my Macbook to the shop and now it's waiting for the new hard disk replacement from Apple. From now on I should backup my PC at least once a month, on second thought I'll get someone to help me backup my PC every month. I've order the new Dell XPS 1330 and it should come in next week. I'm thinking of trying out Vista with Dell and probably going to sell off my Macbook (maybe).
Had a very tiring run today. My running schedule lately have not been consistent and I think my stamina a bit low nowadays.

[try to upload later...when I connect
my iPod to the PC, it shows this message
"Macintosh-formatted iPod. You must
restore this iPod before you can use
it on Windows" ... wow... I think it will
clear all my running data and songs inside]
