Motivation to run

I didn't go for my run yesterday and today. Somehow I'm feeling less motivated to run. Anyway, I've been surfing the web tonight, first googling for "motivation to run" ended up looking at some magic tricks videos at "You Tube". Here's one that I would like to share.

    I get the same feeling at times..I alternate my runs with indoor and outdoors..Running on the treadmill do have its pros and cons. I prefer to run outdoors with other runners and different sceneries...Also try uploading fitness (or anyother) podcast to ur ipod..it helps my mind not to think of the run..
