Birthday run

I was feeling abit tired and lazy to go to the gym today. I got to force myself to go. Need to do some exercise after a heavy Dim Sum breakfast at Dynasty this morning. Check out my run summary below :

* at this point my right calf muscle feel abit tight, walk for a minute (5km/h) then pause to stretch the legs then continue running

    I envy you...

    To be able to run that long at that speed...

    The most I ever did was 8kmh for an hour and that was with a walking warm up of 5 min at 6kmh.

    But that was a year or two ago...

    Now I can't even run for ten minutes!

    Hi rozi... you can always try again... take it one step at a time. from 10 minutes to 15, 20, 25, 30 so on... that's how I did it before...
