Skeptical run

I was feeling skeptical today whether I can run 60 minutes on the treadmill. Due to this feeling I started my run at my comfortable pace (8.5km/h) for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes of running, I felt more confident so I start increasing the speed. Check out my run summary below :

8.5km/h for 1 - 30 minutes
9.0km/h for 30 - 40 minutes
9.5km/h for 40 - 55 minutes
10.0km/h for 55 - 58 minutes

    yes I have to admit, my after run pictures is getting blurry... kan pakai my Panasonic Lumix bagi malu jua

    Let see my next run, I'll try to use another phone camera...

    well, you burnt off the calories from the morning nasi lemak dude heheh.. which is more than I can say for me!

    ialah... according to the MOH published photo post in Murrabiyah blog... the nasi lemak contain 687 calories... satu jam belari tu...

    muslimah melayu... that's why i like running on treadmill, I can see how hard it is to burn calories... so I think before I eat those high calorie foods...
