Bought myself a pair of new Nike running socks this afternoon then went to gym for my usual run. Didn't manage to do a one hour non-stop run. I guess my stamina abit down today. Checkout my run summary below.

Wednesday evening decided to join a group of friends for a 2 hours badminton game at Scouts building. This is only my second time playing this year. My smashing weren't as strong as before so rely much on stroke and long play. Maybe I should start playing at least once a week.
