I joined the bicycling expedition on the 19th August 2007. We started off from the New Land Transport Building. Cycle to Yayasan, where we took a 15 minutes break and cycle back. Will post up the route once I got the time.

This sunday 2nd September 2007, there will be another bicycling expidition. The distance is 40KM. Starting from Old Aiport Berakas, go to Empire Hotel and back. It's open to everyone. Can fill up the form at Triple Star Enterprise.

Fitness Zone run

I decided to try out the new Fitness Zone gym at Kiulap yesterday afternoon. One of the gym staff brought me for a tour inside the gym. The facilities there is quite good for my needs.

Anyway I decided to take a 3 months membership since I'm finding it difficult to go to JPMC gym nowadays and the new Fitness Zone gym is very close to my office. The other thing I like is the gym close at 12 midnight from Monday to Thursday. Now I can go to gym even if I need to work late in office.

August seems to be a very busy month for me. I've not been running as regularly as I wanted as I've been working till late night during week days. Maybe I should go to the new gym closer to my office. I heard they close midnight during week days. This morning I did manage to go to JPMC gym for my run.

Found this photo from the training CD sent to me. It was taken during my trip to Vietnam in April this year. It's a yearly conference and I hope I can go again next year.

What's new?

I've been very busy with my work. Very tiring... going back home late and continue doing my work at home. Anyway, not much time to do a proper post just taking a "time break" before I continue back doing my work.


So what's new?

I'm thinking of selling my Macbook Core Duo, 2GB RAM, 60 GB Harddisk with Applecare Protection Plan (3 years warranty from purchase). I'll post it up properly in my blog when I got the time. If interested just email me at rezafaizal@gmail.com

If you watched Bourne Identity and Bourne Supremacy then you got to watch this movie. I went to the Empire Cinema last night to watch it. Full of action and really my type of movie... don't need to think too much.

Stiff neck run

My run wasn't as comfortable as his. I was struggling to complete my 60 minutes run. I guess few days no running does affect my running stamina. I'm also experiencing stiff neck since yesterday. Will go for massage later.

A better run

Work is work

This week I've been quite busy with my work. Came back home only after 7pm and some days after 9pm. I'm expecting next week to be the same. Anyway I'm not complaining, I love my job and it's very rewarding. However, I miss my exercise... I need to figure out some ways to get my exercise during busy week.

Thought of going to gym this morning but my leg muscles felt bit tight so I decided to go to Pearl Health for foot reflexology instead. Went to the gym this afternoon to do my run. Not really a good run. My energy wasn't there. Try cycling after my run.... only manage to do 10 minutes and felt really exhausted. Went back home and rest. Check out my run summary below :
