The plan was to run 60 minutes but after 15 minutes of running I felt my calf muscles tighten. Decided to just maintain the speed and just do a 30 minutes run. Once a while I experience this tight calf muscles problem. Decided to look up the web and here's one article I found talking about this problem. It's a good article especially for runners. murabiyyah... yes I read that... I need to make sure I do enough streeeeeeeeeeeeeccccchhhhhh before my run.
