Happy April Fools day
Ok. This morning I went to the gym. Saw Adidarwish on the elliptical machine. Before starting my run, I did some body stretching. Started out slow as the body still feel abit weak and to warm up the body. BTW... Mr BR was doing his morning walk on the treadmill beside me. I think he did around 40 minutes. Check out my run summary below.

If you see the treadmill reading and compare it to the Nike+iPod chart below. There's a gap of 600 metres difference. Actually the Nike+iPod is pretty accurate up till I press the "cool down" button. The Nike+iPod device is slow to detect the sudden change in speed during the cool down period.
BTW... check out AnakBrunei post today. Apparently the Big Brother develop an GPS tracking device to track anyone through their mobile phone signal. Cool... now I can track where's my boss. Hehehe...
